Timothy Kasyoki serves as the Projects Manager at Silverseed Properties, overseeing project planning, civil infrastructure developments, land sub-division coordination, and site delivery operations. Combining technical expertise with rigorous field management, Timothy manages the end-to-end transformation of raw land into fully serviced, development-ready residential and commercial properties.
In his role, Timothy coordinates closely with surveyors, engineers, local planning authorities, and contractors to guarantee that all Silverseed developments adhere to high standards of quality, legal compliance, and environmental sustainability. His hands-on leadership ensures that value-add features, such as perimeter fencing, access roads, water reticulation, and power infrastructure, are executed efficiently and transparently.
